1. Disclaimer and Informed Consent Agreement

Aura Within Us LLC provides energy-based techniques, including Reiki and Aura Photography/Chakra Analysis, aimed at promoting stress reduction and relaxation. These services operate on the principle that the human body possesses an intrinsic ability to balance itself, a process aided by deep relaxation.

By opting for our services, you acknowledge the following:

• Holistic Approach: Our sessions are a holistic approach to well-being and are a complement to, not a substitute for, traditional medical or psychological treatment. We do not provide clinical diagnosis or professional therapy.
• Non-Medical Practitioners: Our practitioners are not medical professionals. They do not diagnose conditions, prescribe substances, or interfere with treatments prescribed by licensed medical professionals.
• Aura Photography & Biometrics: You understand that aura photography uses biofeedback sensors to measure physiological signals (such as electrodermal activity). This is for educational and entertainment purposes and is not a medical-grade diagnostic tool.
• Voluntary Participation: Your participation is entirely voluntary. You have the right to discontinue a session at any time.
• Confidentiality: Personal information shared during sessions is treated with the utmost confidentiality, except as required by law.

2. Consent and Release (Media & Marketing)

You authorize Aura Within Us LLC and its representatives to take photographs, video recordings, and/or audio recordings of you (“Recordings”).

• Usage Rights: You grant Aura Within Us LLC an unlimited, perpetual right to use, exhibit, and distribute these Recordings in any media (including Instagram, website, and marketing materials) worldwide.
• Editorial Authority: You agree that Aura Within Us has final editorial authority and you waive the right to inspect or approve the finished product.
• Compensation: You acknowledge that you will not receive financial compensation for appearing in these Recordings.

3. Release of Liability

In consideration of the risk of injury while participating in Aura Within Us LLC services (the “Activity”), and as consideration for the right to participate, you hereby, for yourself, your heirs, and representatives:

• Waiver of Claims: Knowingly and voluntarily waive any and all rights, claims, or causes of action arising out of your participation in the Activity.
• Release of Entity: Release and discharge Aura Within Us LLC, located at 376 State Route 28, Bridgewater, NJ 08807, its members, agents, and staff from any physical or psychological injury—including illness, damages, or economic loss—that you may suffer as a result of participation or travel to/from an event.
• Assumption of Risk: You are participating entirely at your own risk. You are aware of risks associated with travel and activity locations, including but not limited to weather, equipment, and actions of others.
• Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Aura Within Us LLC against any suits or actions brought by you or anyone on your behalf, including attorney’s fees.
• Property Damage: You agree to be held liable for any costs associated with damage to equipment (such as the Aura Camera or sensors) resulting from your willful neglect or recklessness.

If you are experiencing a physical or psychological ailment, we highly recommend seeking the advice of a licensed physician or healthcare professional. Our services should not delay or replace such a consultation.
